How does Cuisine To Go work?
We are a multi-restaurant delivery service, servicing most of Chester County. You can place you order either online, through our app or by calling 610-363-6606.
A delivery driver is dispatched to the restaurant and places your meal in an insulated thermal carrier and delivers it directly to you at your home, office or hotel room.
What are your delivery hours?
Lunch: Monday - Friday 11:30-1:30 based on demand
Dinner: Monday-Thursday Sunday 5:00-8:00, Friday-Saturday 5:00-9:00
What is the Delivery Fee?
Restaurant delivery fees are as follows:
0-3 miles = $2.49
3-5 miles = $3.99
After 5 miles, it is an additional $1 per mile for the driver. All orders subject to a 5% processing for operational costs.
Can I track my order?
Yes, as long as it was not an advanced order. Once you submit an active your order the tracker is immediately displayed. Should you navigate from the order placed screen, simply click the Account link to view any current active orders and the order tracker.
Is there a minimum food amount to place an order?
Yes, lunch and dinner have a $15 minimum.
Can I order from more than one restaurant?
Yes, but there will be an additional delivery fee for each restaurant. Please allow extra delivery time if ordering from two or more restaurants.
How much should I tip my driver?
A 15% to 20% gratuity is customary. We suggest tipping your driver just like you would a server in a restaurant. Our drivers are independent contractors who use their own vehicle and gas. For orders over $50, you will be subject to an automatic 15% gratuity.
How long does it take for delivery?
Typically, most food is delivered between 45-60 minutes. Times do flucuate based on volume, weather and time of day.
